Up for this? Swim With Whale Sharks at the Georgia Aquarium
Quick funny story. My girlfriend is afraid, I mean deathly afraid of sharks. If she sees even a picture of a cartoon of a shark she’ll flip out. So once, at an aquarium in Dallas, there was a tunnel on the tour. The tunnel was made of glass, and on the other side of that glass was a very large water tank filled with……sharks. Even up above your head you’d see the sharks swim past you. It was pretty amazing. To make the long story short, she closed her eyes, put her hands over her face, dropped her bag, and sprinted through the tunnel. Needless to say the other visitors there were a little perplexed at her actions.
I on the other hand love sharks but I’m not sure I’d have the moxy to try this out. If you’ve got the courage, try swimming with the whale sharks in Georgia.
